At Hanoi on Manning, we are passionate about nurturing the next generation of chefs and hospitality professionals. We offer apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities to individuals who are enthusiastic about cooking and eager to learn the art of authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Working alongside our experienced kitchen team, apprentices and trainees gain hands-on experience in all aspects of food preparation, cooking, presentation, food safety, and kitchen operations. We provide a supportive and friendly environment where learning, teamwork, and personal growth are encouraged.
